All kinds of industrial and machine bearings

Industrial bearings are an essential part of many machines and equipment. They reduce friction and help the smooth operation of machines. Industrial bearings come in many shapes and sizes, from miniature bearings for small machines to large-scale industrial bearings for heavy machinery. Industrial bearings can be used in various applications such as automotive, aerospace, medical, construction, agricultural and marine industries. They are designed to withstand heavy loads while providing low levels of friction and noise. In addition to durability and reliability, industrial bearings are cost-effective solutions for businesses looking to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or performance.

Types of bearings

Bearings have different types, which are divided based on the type of application and ability to bear axial, radial or both loads. Deep groove ball bearings Angular contact bearings Single-row and double-row spherical plain bearings Self-adjusting bearings Igreg bearings, which are a modified type of deep groove bearings.

Deep or simple or six-thousand groove bearings

This type of bearing is widely used in various industries. The components of which this bearing is made are: ball, inner and outer ring, rack. As you can see, its construction components are simple and easy to replace. Standard deep groove ball bearings have common uses and special uses. This device is made in different dimensions and types and is available in the market, which are affordable in terms of cost and functionality. Six thousand bearing is known as the most widely used bearing and covers many industries including heavy and light industries. These industries use a large number of this type of bearing model. The important reason for using this model of bearing is simplicity in design and non-separability. Working power and the necessary ability to rotate at high speeds. Being solid during operation and not needing maintenance and repair. Six thousand deep groove bearings are designed and manufactured in two types, one row of balls and two rows of balls. which has features such as: resistant quality, high load bearing capacity, low friction and noiseless operation.

Single row deep groove ball bearing or six thousandth ball bearing

As the name of this bearing suggests. It has a deep groove and a fabric in which the bullet and the groove have a perfect geometric match. In such a way that it can bear the radial load, and it can also bear the axial load from both directions. Most deep groove ball bearings are made with a rubber and metal felt cup with a Z extension. And single-row deep groove ball bearings have grease-filled felt cups on both sides. Therefore, it is not recommended to heat it, to fit and wash it. Because the amount of grease inside the bearing is 35% of its empty space. Also, the deep groove bearing has a distance of one row from the inner bushing, so the inner bushings must rotate during use.

Double row or double deep groove ball bearing

When the two sides of the shaft are restrained with a specified looseness or the load bearing capacity is not suitable and sufficient for a deep groove bearing. This type of bearing, i.e. double-row deep groove, is used. When manufactured at the factory, these bearings are matched and matched. so as to distribute the same amount of load on both bearings, after fitting and installing them. There is no need to use bushing or spacer ring, as well as metal layer and such devices. There are different modes and arrangements for placing and installing bearings according to the type of application, which are: Back-to-back mode: This type of arrangement, which is known by the suffix DT, is specified in the technical number of the bearing and bears the axial load from one direction or side. Back-to-back mode: The suffix DB is specific to the mentioned mode and is specified in the technical number of the bearing. It also bears the axial load from two directions. Being firm and very rigid, it neutralizes the moment loads and is completely suitable for this work. Face-to-face position: This arrangement is similar to the back-to-back position, but it is not used for moment loads and does not have the necessary strength.

Angular contact bearing or seven thousand

These types of bearings bear axial forces in only one direction. In the inner and outer rims of Haft thousand bearings, the rolling surface is moved relative to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. Therefore, Hafthazari bearings are made for this, to withstand combined loads at the same time. Angular contact bearings are also available in single-row and double-row types. In single-row bearings with angular contact, the grooves are arranged to transfer power from one ring to another. which is done under a certain contact angle. For this reason, the single-row contact angle bearing has a better performance than the grooved bearing and is able to withstand a lot of axial loads.

Single row angular contact bearing

This type of bearing is used to bear radial load and axial load in one direction. If a radial load is applied to the bearing, an axial force is generated, which must be restrained somehow. Therefore, they are forced to use this type of device in pairs. The contact angle of the single-row bearing is 40 degrees and it can work at a high speed according to the need.

Double row angular contact bearing

This bearing has normal backlash as a standard and is suitable for the size of the bearing between 5 and 55 microns. But some of them have less or more laxity than normal. Some manufacturers of angular contact bearings design it in such a way. which can withstand heavy axial and radial loads from both sides. The design is such that two single-row angular contact bearings are paired back to back and the contact angle in most of them is 32 degrees.

Rolling bearing

Roller bearings are also from the family of bearings, with the difference that they have the ability to bear more load and lower speed. Types of roller bearings Cylindrical roller bearings with round bottom, cross and multi-roller Needle roller bearings with elongated shell and round bottom Single-row and double-row tapered roller bearings Round bottom barrel roller bearings

How to distinguish original bearings from non-original ones

To distinguish a main bearing from a secondary bearing, some parameters must be considered. The original bearing can be recognized by the type and appearance of the packaging, the engraved brand and the type of engraving on the bearing, the serial number and the country of manufacture. But to get an original bearing, you have to get it from a reliable place. Of course, using the experience of an expert in this field can be very beneficial.
